Two from One
Dublin Core
Title
Description
In 1992, Whitman College GLA (Gay and Lesbian Association) officially became two clubs: GLA and Coalition Against Homophobia. The GLA was targeted at being a social, confidential group for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and questioning students. Coalition Against Homophobia (or CAH as it was called then) aimed to “educate the campus and the Walla Walla community about differences in sexual orientation.” As of 2012, these two groups still exist independently, but there is much overlap in their numbers.
